Patently obvious: we’re living in abundantly high-contrast times. As we evolve toward a one-world consciousness,  we experience multiple disasters daily.

How can we stay focused on what we want, when our empathetic minds and hearts naturally take in the pain all around us? Here’s a new Abraham-Hicks process to the rescue: “feel forward.”

Managing our feelings is the key to managing our Law of Attraction vibration. But sometimes when people first learn about Law of Attraction they think it’s a license to shut out suffering, whether their own or others’. “I’ll be positive and happy all the time, that way I will get everything I want.”

However: no one can feel positive and happy all the time – because the universe was designed to evolve through contrast.

When positive thinking doesn’t keep them safe and happy, some people decide “Law of Attraction doesn’t work.” But others resolve to study LoA more deeply, until they master how to cooperate with it.

As spiritual entrepreneurs with a deep desire to better the world, we’re often the ones going for mastery.

Here’s a simple process you can apply to any situation that brings up pain. Abraham-Hicks calls this new process “forward feeling.”  I’ve renamed it “Feel It Forward,” and I’ve been applying it a few times a day (especially after a glance at the endless array of disasters in the news!).

How to Feel It Forward

1. Allow yourself to feel the pain. Not wallow in the pain. Simply feel it for a moment or two. Acknowledge the situation that triggered your pain.

2. Ask yourself how you feel about the situation. Examples: “I feel furious about the gulf of Mexico oil spill disaster.” “I feel angry about that terrorist attack.” “I feel worried about my child who is being bullied at school.” “I feel afraid that I won’t have enough money.”

This step may seem too obvious to bother with – but it’s important to clearly identify the feelings we don’t want so we can release them.

3. Now ask yourself how you LOVE to feel. This is the essence of Feeling It Forward, and it’s powerful – for you, those you love, and the planet. Examples: “I love to feel that the earth’s ecology is balanced and thriving.” “I love the feeling of thriving.” “I love to feel that peace on earth is possible.” “I love the feeling of peace.” “I love to feel that my child is secure in knowing her value.” “I love feeling of value.” “I love the feeling of financial well being.” “I love feeling abundant.”

4. Notice how you feel. Most likely a whole lot better!

5. Acknowledge what you have accomplished with this short process. You’re on a better vibrational track for yourself. Expect evidence of that immediately.  But you’ve also performed a brave and selfless deed. You’ve assisted whoever else was the object of your forward feelings.

You’ve even made it possible for all  to experience a thriving, peaceful, financially abundant world sooner – and to know the true value of our lives.

This is Feeling It Forward. It paves the way to a better future, starting right now, because Law of Attraction says we get what we’re a vibrational match to, and you just shifted your vibration into the sublime.

It’s time we stopped waiting for governments and corporations to “fix it.” The world is way too complex for that today.
