Thanks for explaining the origin of some of those limiting beliefs that seem to follow us like a shadow, Andrea. I feel like I’ve been trying to drive with my foot on the brake.

I love your reminder that we are free, and that we can free ourselves from the voices of our past. Too often those voices seem to be denying our freedom rather than encouraging it.

After reading this post, I feel I have the courage to move on into a more liberated present, rather than sitting in a self-imposed jail cell of negative self-talk. I can swing open those jail doors any time and walk right out. How refreshing!
