This has helped me quite my mind over and over. In all different types of situations.

I haven’t mastered it completely so I’ve gotten personal help to get over the issues that have kept me stuck! Notice the people around you, in your life, acquaintances who you are somehow attracted too…. help is always there. The universe is ALWAYS working for you and NEVER against you. Relax into that…
