Principle 4: Success IS Guaranteed (here’s why)

After listening to Abraham talk about success for only the past 21  years,  here’s my interpretation about why we can believe in the inevitability of our success.

We live in an attraction-based universe (principle 1).

We are spirit-creators (principle 2).

We  receive inspiration from spirit to create (principle 3).

The first 3 principles are absolute in that they happen whether we’re aware of them or not.

Principle 4 involves our choice, and this is where the game gets interesting.

Because we have choice, we can pay attention to the messages of inspiration and allow them to lead us. Or we can resist the messages by doubting ourselves and letting fear hold us back.

The choice is always ours.

If we allow our inspirations to lead us – at least some of the time – we step into a life that’s fun and worthwhile right now – and our success is received immediately.

If we resist our inspiration most of the time, we stay stuck in a life that’s frustrating and restricted right now. Unless something changes, we may live much of our lives feeling stuck and unhappy. Know anyone like that?

Small amounts of success can enter our lives here and there – but not the full wave of abundant, thrilling success we were hoping for.

Abraham invites us to get in on the big, thrilling success game right now.

HOWEVER. They also teach that, regardless of which path you choose, your success is still guaranteed!

Let me explain how it works.

The essence of Abraham is in their book title “Ask and It is Given.” Whatever we ask for, the universe gives immediately. In responding to us,  the universe immediately expands into that which we have asked for.

Our mission here is to expand the universe, and we all do that every time we desire something different, something new, something more.

If we follow our asking by stepping onto the  path of inspiration, we become a vibrational match to the expansion of the universe born from our desire – and we experience the manifestation of that expansion here and now.

If we follow our asking by holding back and resisting the path of inspiration, we remain vibrationally apart from the expansion of the universe born from our desire. We don’t experience the manifestation here and now – even though the universe immediately expanded as a result of our desire.

The reason Abraham teaches we’re still guaranteed success is that  we always step into our expanded selves when we return to non-physical. That’s because,  at the moment we transition back to non-physical, we release all our habitual resistance. We immediately flow into our expanded energy.

We can’t lose. We always succeed at our mission of expanding the universe through our desires.

Now… perhaps you’d rather experience expansion and success now – while you still have the 5 senses to enjoy them. Smart choice! Let me  tell you exactly how to do it.

Start by remembering: no matter who you are and what your circumstances, whatever you have asked for has already been given. It’s very close even now.  Think of it as right on the other side of the door. When you release resistance – your habitual thoughts of worry and fear and lack – you open the door and success floods in.

Next  remember to accept yourself  as a spirit-creator in an infinite, attraction-based universe. After you ask, it’s time to watch, listen and feel for inspiration – and act on it when it comes.

The path to guaranteed success was never about struggle. It has always been about tuning into our inspirations and being willing to act on them. The path to guaranteed success has always been about our choice.
