“THIS IS THE TIME OF AWAKENING – This is the time when more humans than ever before will be able to find vibrational alignment with their own desires— in their own time/space reality—and begin manifesting that which most previous generations took three or four or ten generations before coming to the place of allowing.” – Abraham

Confession: When I hear most people talk about how to “manifest” I roll my eyes. The piece they usually leave out is this: we manifest only what is a vibrational match to who we are in consciousness.

If you want to know who you are in consciousness right now, it’s simple:

pull away the wishful thinking veils for a moment and take a good look at the factual circumstances of your life today.

Did I hear you say “ouch”?

Chances are there’s an area or two where you’ve been doing your level best to manifest what you want for the longest time – and it’s just not happening.

So how do we fully awaken to our human potential in these times?

Theory: Let’s start by making peace with our desires.

Abraham has helped me accept that desire is a natural and necessary part of how the universe evolves. But it’s easy to get stuck in frustration or hopelessness when we have a long-standing desire that shows little sign of ever manifesting.

What if we could enjoy the desire – without feeling the pressure to have the manifestation?

What if we could accept that the universe says yes to our desires – without worrying about how and when we will receive them?

Too often we’re anxious about our desires. We lose our happiness and peace of mind because the acid of unfulfilled desire eats away at us. This is most definitely not the “allowing” that Abraham teaches as the key to receiving.

Which brings me to…

THE 7-DAY MANIFESTATION EXPERIMENT (loosely based on Emmet Fox and the “Seven Day Mental Diet”)

Do this for 7 days:

1 – Pick a desire you’ve had for a long time that’s just not happening.

2 – Turn it over to spirit. Decide that you won’t fret over it.

3 – When you notice your mind wrestling with it (yet again), remind yourself: I’ve turned this over to spirit; it is no longer something I’m going to dwell on.

4 – Then resolve to think about a quality of spirit instead of about your desire.  Examples: you might think “spirit is generosity” or “spirit is abundance” or “spirit is all-giving”  or “spirit loves me” or “spirit is always with me.” The way you know that you’ve successfully turned your thoughts to spirit is: you feel peaceful again.

5 – Don’t get discouraged if thoughts of your desire return – that’s totally natural. Simply repeat steps 1-4 as needed.

Are you game to try this with me? I’ll meet you back here in a week with my report!
