Andrea has been coaching small business owners since 1992, when she quit her job as product marketing manager in a Fortune 50 computer firm and started Conway Marketing Associates, serving corporate clients worldwide.

“I was doing standard marketing consulting, and at the same time professionals who were getting laid off in the tech industry would call to ask me for advice on self employment. I got into the coaching business almost by surprise — and found that I loved it.”

Andrea still coaches business owners on marketing and self-employment, but she now does it in the context of using the Law of Attraction for business success.

“I realized that success is much easier to achieve if you understand the spiritual underpinnings of it and how to use the Law of Attraction to bring success to you — instead of you chasing after it, which doesn’t work.”

Successful Self Employment e-reports, audio products, classes and coaching are the result of Andrea’s 15-year focus on integrating business and spirituality using the Law of Attraction.

“I help people understand the difference between the agony of struggling for success and the ecstasy of giving your best efforts out of a sense of love for your work and service to your customers. Bringing spirit into business takes the stress out of working and allows for miraculous results to manifest.”

Successful Self Employment was launched on the Internet in early 2002. “In the aftermath of 9/11, I had a sense that our economy would be going through some huge shifts and that many professional jobs would disappear.

“I wanted to help people through what can be a fearful time. I wanted to help new business owners break through their fear barriers and achieve their dreams. We are all capable of so much more than we know. It’s time we knew. It’s time we acted.”

Andrea has a masters degree in Human Resources Development and in 2006 became a certified life coach specializing in using the Law of Attraction in business.
